Unauthorized reproduction, synchronization, re-distribution, or public broadcast is strictly prohibited without a valid written license.
By submitting musical demos, audio files, lyrics, or portfolio links via our contact form, you represent and warrant that you are the original creator or authorized rights holder. Tanu Music Digital does not claim ownership of unsolicited demo submissions until an official recording or distribution contract is signed.
All synchronization licenses for motion pictures, OTT streaming productions, advertisements, gaming, or public performance must be secured in advance through our dedicated licensing department (licensing@tanumusic.com).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
